The author’s project called “SPEKTA” program (The sociosophical procedure of emancipation through the telos of association) was created within a long series of action research through which an authentic conception of the research lifestyle was formed. During such research, the problem of the emergence of the danger of different types of disabilities was observed, which was most often manifested in work with particularly sensitive groups. That is why the problem of inclusion has become one of the most important research topics in the “SPEKTA” program. Accepted as a risky activity for which special education is necessary, research into this problem has led to the discovery of important facts about social tolerance. In this work, they are shown through the tetrahedral structure of the ideal-type theoretical model of the entire world of appearance, which is called the bio-psycho-socio-cultural totality of human existence, the evolution of nature and the emancipation of human society. Social tolerance in work according to that model is used as an optimal measure of sustainable development for everything that affects the daily life of people with disabilities, as well as all other people who are connected to them in different ways.
